Kiwanis Club of Opelousas Announces 3rd Annual Co-Ed Softball Tournament, 2nd Annual Celebrate Community Family Fun Day and 1st Black Pot Cookoff.
(Opelousas, LA) – The Kiwanis Club of Opelousas is pleased to announce its third year Co-Ed Softball Tournament, scheduled for Saturday, September 23rd beginning at 8am (rain out day is September 30, 2023) This event will be held at South City Park at 1524 S. Market St. Opelousas, LA 70570. We are also partnering with other community organizations to offer a family fun day with activities at no cost.
The games start at 8am. The community is invited to come out, free of charge, to partake in activities or be spectators of the co-ed softball tournament. A cash concession stand with food and drinks will be available and you may purchase an $8.00 wristband to sample the anything goes in the black pot.
